This role will handle a wide range of inquiries via phone call, digital channels, and face-to-face interactions. You should have a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and relevant accounting software is a bonus for creating and reconciling orders, but full training will be provided until you are confident in the role.To be considered for this role, you will have: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to listen, inquire, and ascertain customer needs and expectations. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. A strong willingness to learn about the furniture e-commerce industry.Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Confidence in learning new digital platforms and being tech-savvy.
