About the role This is a key relationship role requiring specialist knowledge. You will work closely with media and commercial partners to provide outstanding client service and product delivery across designated accounts, both individually and as part of a team.You will build experience in partnership and sponsorship campaigns across multiple platforms, including TV, radio, events, sponsorship, and digital media. You will also connect content-led activities such as social media, influencer collaborations, and other amplification efforts. Working with the Client Services Director, Account Manager, and the broader DRUM team, the Senior Account Manager oversees the delivery of partnership and content campaigns, managing all aspects as appropriate.Skills&Experience Tertiary qualification and a minimum of 4 years' experience in an agency, in-house, or media owner environment. Specialist experience in strategic, data-led influencer marketing. Preferably some experience in content integration and partnerships. Experience working with clients across various categories.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sound decision-making skills considering multiple stakeholders. Ability to think broadly about business while paying attention to details at scale. Strong engagement and influencing skills with stakeholders and decision-makers. Diplomatic in challenging others to achieve desired outcomes.Ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and third parties. Personable nature and positive attitude to foster a healthy culture. Confident presenter at meetings and conferences, articulating ideas clearly.
