You will work closely with our leadership teams to deliver expert coaching, strategic guidance, and operational HR support across key focus areas:Engagement, values, and team culture– fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Hands on support of AMS Managers – providing hands on support, guiding and equipping future leaders in HR best practices. Compliance, HR documentation, and HRIS processing – ensuring best-in-class standardsTalent development– including succession planning, performance management, and training. Retention, recruitment, selection, and benefits administration – promoting employee well-being. Reward and Recognition – including managing celebrations and arranging team events. This role is accountable for managingHR operations end-to-end, but you'll also be supported by an international network of HR professionals , providing opportunities for learning, networking, and professional growth.About You To be successful in this role you will have a positive‘can-do’ attitude. You love bringing people together and enjoy being a pivotal part of driving team engagement and working with senior leaders to build on the success of the company. You have a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business-aligned people strategies. You are enthusiastic about developing others and enabling their career growth. You will have a solid understanding of New Zealand Employment legislation and a minimum of 5 years HR experience. Experience working in the technology industry is desirable.AMS provides plenty of career development opportunities .
