This is a 100% remote role based in New Zealand—perfect if you're looking for work-life balance, stability, and meaningful work without the commute. You'll be assisting with a variety of HR queries (voice and chat), from system access and benefit calculations to policy navigation and recruitment-related support.What you will do Provide HR system and process support in Japanese and English Assist employees with self-service portals, policies, data updates, compensation, and more Research and follow up on complex enquiries Participate in administrative tasks between calls Work NZ hours aligned with Japan’s 9:00 am–5:00 pm time zone (+30 min prep):NZDST: 12:30 pm– 9:00 pm Work on NZ public holidays 40 hours per week About you We’re looking for individuals with: Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) – essential Experienced in HR, payroll, or employee benefits – preferred Skilled in customer support or call centre environments – highly desirableFamiliar with HRIS systems (SAP, ADP, PeopleSoft, Oracle)– advantageous Great communicators, empathetic listeners, and problem-solvers Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Holders of New Zealand work rights Training period (on-site) 4 weeks of comprehensive trainingOngoing coaching and career development What we offer 100% work from home– you will need your laptop!
