About the Role: Provide high-quality nursing care, support residents' well-being, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents. Opportunity for progression and management experience.Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centered nursing care in accordance with individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Monitor and assess residents' health, identifying and responding to any changes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and carers to enhance resident care.Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards. Support and mentor care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Ensure adherence to infection control and workplace health and safety protocols. Requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Strong clinical skills with a resident-first approach to care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously. Knowledge of aged care standards Valid police check and current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain). *Any aged care experience is a bonus.Competitive salary and allowances.
