This role involves integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce and core banking platforms, implementing chat and agentic AI models to enhance customer interactions, and taking ownership of the NZ Contact Centre Architecture Roadmap.Key responsibilities include: Providing architectural stewardship. Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders. Ensuring security and compliance. Engaging with vendors. Advising on strategic improvements. Balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary architect to drive technological innovation and shape the future of customer interactions at ANZ.Role Location: Auckland or Wellington. Let us know what works for you. Role Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Standard) What will your day look like? Designing and implementing technology solutions. Developing architectural directions and guidance. Engaging with stakeholders. Leading the design and implementation of the contact centre solution.Collaborating with project teams. Working with stakeholders to translate problems into solutions. Ensuring security, risk, and data considerations are integrated into architecture design. What will you bring? Experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in banking or large enterprise environments.Strong analytical skills. Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels. Ability to work well within a team and provide technology leadership. Understanding of integration, data, and complex technology environments.
