Preparing reports for clients and managers, and following up with clients. Qualifications: Professional and empathetic phone manner. Ability to multitask and take attentive notes during calls.Basic to intermediate skills in Word and Excel. Initiative and problem-solving skills. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
