About the vacancy Key Responsibilities: Lead the design coordination of new buildings and their technical installations, including Material Handling systems.Prepare tender packages for general contractors, specialists, and other subcontractors. Assist with project document control. Effectively monitor and implement OH&S practices on-site. Take ownership of the QA process during the construction phase. Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, performance standards, and specifications. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Liaise with the general contractor and consultants on the permitting process.Monitor the maintenance process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership. Assist project stakeholders during commissioning and implementation phases. Lead the final handover process between construction and operations. Follow the Engineering Management Plan and take ownership of development.Skills&Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong background in Project Engineering. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD. Good rapport with subcontractors.Contract management experience. Familiarity with rules, regulations, and performance standards. Certificates/Licenses as required. Valid Driver’s License. Are you up for the job?
