The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of bicycles, ride regularly, and enjoy the vibrant retail environment.At Evo Cycles, we believe that the right team makes all the difference. What we’re looking for: A passion for bicyclesLeadership skills Sales ability Motivational qualities Confidence Responsibility Retail experience (preferred) Responsibilities: Managing the showroom daily operations Selling products and services Providing excellent customer service and handling queries Monitoring stock levels and providing feedback to the showroom leaderPreparing the showroom and service center for stock takes Conducting daily team meetings Assisting with stock selection and showroom management Leading shifts in the absence of the showroom leader Identifying opportunities to improve and grow the showroom, service center, and cycling community in AucklandThis leadership role requires proven retail and sales experience, as well as management skills. The candidate must work five days a week, including at least one weekend day (Sunday to Thursday).
