This is an intermediate role offering hands-on experience across digital touchpoints, where you’ll be the go-to expert for digital marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional execution.If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a passion for digital marketing, analytics, and creative solutions, this could be the perfect fit! About The Role Implement CARTERS’ digital marketing strategy across multiple touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.Create and manage EDM campaigns, website content (Hybris, Squarespace), and WeChat updates. Track marketing performance, monitor customer feedback, and ensure strong ROI from digital campaigns. Collaborate with branches, commercial teams, IT, and marketing to execute promotional activities, update store hours, and enhance customer experience.Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Click (ClickDimensions) to manage email campaigns and customer interactions. Support the launch and promotion of CARTERS’ customer loyalty program. Assist with CARTERS-led events and sponsorships, including Trade Breakfasts, Learning Workshops, Expos, and Golf Days.About You Proactive, trend-savvy, and willing to try new digital approaches. Ability to develop creative digital solutions and engaging brand content. Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.Passionate about engaging customers through digital touchpoints and optimizing campaigns based on feedback.
