About the Role: Reporting to the NZ General Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for operational performance across three well-known retail/entertainment brands. You will oversee a workforce of over 500 team members nationwide, collaborating with the Support Office and senior stakeholders in marketing, finance, and HR, as well as international group leadership. A key focus is coaching and developing Multi-Site Managers who oversee regional venues.You will lead through others, drive strategic initiatives, and support growth, building on the existing foundation. The network is engaged, standards are clear, and new sites are planned for 2025.
