Job responsibilities include: Assisting with business development activities and achieving revenue targets with existing clients.Handling client contractual and commercial arrangements, including updates or variations to Service Level Agreements. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients. Preparing agendas, leading client meetings, and following up on action items. Liaising with clients on operational issues and escalations.Collaborating with operational and other teams across the business. Responding to client queries and resolving issues. Maintaining accurate Salesforce data and managing tasks daily. Supporting the Client Development team with reporting. Assisting the Client Transition team with onboarding and change requests.Supporting growth opportunities and relationship management with other teams. Participating in additional projects and duties as required. Skills required: 3+ years’ experience in client relationship management or business development. Experience in financial services or a similar industry. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Strong verbal and written English skills.
