Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Perform duties necessary for your position, as varied from time to time:Achieve growth and operational income targets for the Test&Measurement (Division 1). Handle responsibilities related to Market and Applications Segments, which may vary in line with global sales strategies. Increase Rohde&Schwarz market share in New Zealand. Provide leadership and guidance to the business in the New Zealand region. Support and collaborate with Technology Systems (Division 8) business in New Zealand. Meet or exceed sales targets. Optimize customer satisfaction. Gather market and competition intelligence within the region.Manage personal inputs to the Rohde&Schwarz SAP C4C CRM system. Exemplify company sales behavior in the marketplace. Use resources effectively and efficiently. Increase local capability. Protect existing accounts and relationships.
