Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service.If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure that online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed by following the picking shelf processes correctly to maximize shelf availability. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn.
