This role involves defining and monitoring success metrics, collaborating with IT leaders and stakeholders to improve service availability and support practices, and communicating service details and compliance with SLAs. The position also provides Director-level leadership, bridging IT Applications and Infrastructure.Experience Required 7-10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least three years in a Service Management team Strong communication skills across organizational levels and experience explaining technical issues Solid background in ITIL framework; ITIL Foundation Certification required within 1 year of hireExperience working with Infrastructure and Application teams during critical incidents Ideal candidates will have ITIL Service Management experience in a healthcare setting. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (2-4 years) is preferred. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. Alternatively, 10-15 years of relevant IT leadership experience with a focus on Service Management will be considered in lieu of a degree.License/Certification Requirements ITIL certification is desirable. Special Requirements 7-10 years of IT Service Management experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
