About the role Join the NZBS National Office in Epsom, Auckland, as a Medical Secretary! We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our experienced Clinical team. You will be an integral part of the Clinical Services Support Team (CSST), working alongside two other Medical Secretaries and an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the wider Clinical team.The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in using Microsoft Teams for online communication. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality clinical letters and documents, collaborating with departments such as marketing, finance, and human resources, and participating in professional development opportunities. Join us and advance your career!Your duties will include: Providing administrative support Supporting projects Coordinating project meetings Preparing and managing documents and reports Overseeing printed materials and digital assets Supporting the Clinical Governance framework Implementing process improvements Arranging travel bookingsFlexible working arrangements are available, with around two days per week working from home. We offer 4 weeks and 2 days (4.4 weeks) of annual leave, increasing to 5 weeks after 5 years of service. Long service leave includes 2 weeks after 10 years and an additional week after each subsequent 5-year period.About you Are you an experienced medical secretary or administrator, preferably with a background in healthcare? Do you possess highly effective organisational skills and enjoy supporting a team? If so, this role could be perfect for you.
