This role involves managing teams on the ground, maintaining high standards of service, and acting as a primary point of contact for clients.You'll support health and safety compliance, promote a strong team culture, and drive operational improvements, while monitoring financial performance and assisting with budget management. About You Bringing experience in divisional, team, or project management, you'll be stepping into a role focused on high-voltage, industrial, and commercial electrical projects.
