Body Shop Estimator - Sussex County, DE i.g. Burton's Auto Group Collision Center is looking for a semi-experienced estimator with a willingness to grow in the industry. The right candidate will interact with new and existing customers to build trust, write repair estimates, track vehicles through production, communicate with insurance adjusters, and prepare supplemental estimates after vehicle teardown and inspection. Must be reliable, positive, and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities Include: Handling insurance accounts Ordering parts Updating customers on claims Writing estimates for walk-in customers Reviewing repairs and closing claims upon vehicle pickup Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a good driving recordPrior detailing experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate Attention to detail, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods Willingness to adhere to company policies and uphold service standardsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Life Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401K Retirement Plan About Our Dealership: Since 1908, i.g.
