You’ll be joining a technology and change team which values project ownership, delivery excellence, and practical agility.The Role As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of a range of system and business change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals. Working across internal teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for planning, execution, communication, and risk management from initiation to post-implementation review.This role will see you operate with both structure and flexibility—managing traditional project planning as well as agile delivery practices including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. You will play a key role in building productive team environments, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring delivery teams are well-supported. Vendor engagement will be critical—ensuring supplier designs, support models, and solution quality are aligned to business needs and scalable for future growth.What You’ll Bring 3+ years of project management experience Working knowledge of Agile / Kanban delivery methods and collaborative tools Ability to manage project scope, risk, budget, resources, and documentation end-to-end Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levelsAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with strategic oversight Experience in financial services or payments (preferred) Tertiary qualification in Technology or Business (preferred) Why Apply?
