Come and help us make a difference.The Role As our Accounting Services Manager you will be leading a team of accounting professionals to provide first class service of our clients. You'll be fostering relationships, prospecting for new clients and managing a portfolio of clients directly. Key responsibilities include Strategic Leadership and Client Advocacy : Lead the accounting services team to deliver exceptional service, turning clients into advocates for Aktive's services.Coaching and Development : Provide on-the-job coaching and support to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, fostering team growth and excellence. High Performance and Future Focus : Model high performance behaviours, collaborative work, and innovative thinking, while staying ahead of trends and challenges to keep the team and services future ready.The Ideal Person We are looking for a candidate who: Can provide strategic leadership for the accounting services team to ensure exceptional client service and advocacy for Aktive's services Has experience in securing new clients and managing a varied client portfolio Can offer on-the-job coaching and development support to the team for timely and accurate service deliveryCan maintain a future-focused mindset, identifying trends and challenges to keep the team and services ahead of the game.
