The AWS Support team interacts with leading companies, believing world-class support is critical to customer success. We partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on AWS.Key job responsibilities Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures aligned with their long-term needs. Drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into complex problems and crafting scalable, flexible, resilient cloud architectures.Scope and own customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria. Define and execute strategies by engaging highly technical teams, including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, AWS professional services, and partners. Act as a thought leader in the community by educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers and blogs, and conducting workshops.Share customer feedback to influence the AWS platform's roadmap and proactively contribute to platform evolution. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data&analytics. 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting. 10+ years in IT development or consulting within the software or internet industries. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud. Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS.Knowledge of cloud architecture principles.
