This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with at least 3 years’ experience to contribute to a growing global company that’s revolutionising healthcare.As Management Accountant, you’ll be a key strategic partner across the business, enabling informed decision-making through accurate reporting, financial insight, and commercial advice. You’ll provide budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across business units, influencing executive leadership and the Board.Your success will be driven by your ability to translate numbers into strategic insights, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and add value through improved systems, processes, and reporting frameworks. As Orion Health’s Management Accountant, you will: Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business performance and planning.Partner with teams including R&D, Commercial, and Operations to drive informed financial decision-making. Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and modelling tools. Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Contribute to system implementations and process improvement initiatives.Provide financial input into business cases and evaluate post-implementation success. What will you bring? Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a commercial, multi-entity or international environment. A Big Four or large CA firm background is a bonus. Skills: Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP/reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL), and a sound grasp of IFRS – especially revenue recognition.Characteristics: Collaborative, results-driven, resilient, and able to prioritise under pressure. You’re comfortable working independently and influencing senior stakeholders. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, and CA or CPA qualified (or near completion).A little about us: Orion Health's vision is to reimagine the healthcare experience for all.
