Payroll Administrator, Auckland

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, supporting accounts functions, and providing a high standard of service to both internal staff and external clients. A strong working knowledge of MYOB , New Zealand payroll legislation, and accounting procedures is essential.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing in accordance with NZ legislation and employment agreements Ensure compliance with PAYE, KiwiSaver, holiday pay, ACC levies, and other statutory obligations Maintain accurate employee records, including leave balances and entitlementsPrepare and file IRD returns (e.g. PAYE, EMS/Payday filing) Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and general administrative duties Liaise professionally with clients, employees, and external agencies About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payroll or accounts administration role Proficient in MYOB (or similar payroll/accounting systems)Familiarity with New Zealand employment and tax regulations Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Clear and professional communication style Why Tradestaff?
