We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Services Sales Account Manager. As the main interface for customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving service business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.This position is based in Rolleston, South Island. The Services Sales Account Manager applies value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way based on customer understanding, and works as a key member of Customer Account Teams within which growth strategies are formed, delivered and measured.What you will do As Services Sales Manager, you will: Lead creation, implementation and follow-up of the sales and business strategy for your area of responsibility, whether geographically or by application. Understand customer needs through proactive and continuous diagnosis and analysis. Create, implement, and follow up on service account plans and quality plans in alignment with customer and account team.Manage opportunities, cross-selling, up-selling, and develop fact-based value proposals; negotiate and close deals. Identify and negotiate profitable service contracts, including ongoing management alongside the Services Account Representative and Service Delivery Manager. Support resolution of technical issues by communicating effectively with customers and the Inside Sales team.Participate in follow-up activities to deliver value, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability of service business with customers and internally. Based in Rolleston, South Island , some travel is required to meet with customers locally and regionally. We believe you have Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, especially within Engineering/Technical Industries or the Dairy Industry.Success in achieving Service Net Sales growth and Service Sales Margin targets. Exceptional customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
