Our growing business requires an organised and trustworthy individual who takes pride in quality workmanship. You will be motivated and result-driven. Flexibility to work across the country is preferred, as you may be asked to assist on various projects. The Scaffolder's responsibilities include:Building and erecting scaffolding and working platforms for construction projects, as well as stands and tiered seating for public events such as concerts or sports events. Inspecting areas requiring scaffolding, calculating the type of scaffolding needed, unloading materials, assembling frameworks, and attaching ladders, rails, and other components.Checking and maintaining scaffolding equipment, inspecting structures for safety, and dismantling scaffolding after project completion. Performing all other duties as assigned. Skills and experience required: Minimum of 1 year relevant scaffolding experience or qualification equivalent to NZQF level 2 or 3.Friendly demeanor, good time management, and a strong work ethic. Commitment to learning and developing skills within the industry. Sound knowledge of H&S procedures. Reliable and hardworking. Pay Conditions: Min $26.00 per hour to a maximum of $32.00 per hour Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed Locations: You may be required to work in multiple locations across New Zealand including Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Whanganui-Manawatu, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago, and Southland.This role is permanent and full-time.
