Mō te tūranga - About the role Asa Tākiri-ā-Nuku Programme Lead in our Property team that forms part of the CFO Unit, you’ll play a key role in helping tolead complex programmes of work which deliver to our strategic objectives. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will set the programme up for success and ensure deliverables and outcomes are aligned to the Business Strategy. This role is also responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance on programme-related decisions and delivering a quality outcome that meets the intended program objectives and value.Tākiri-ā-Nuku is the name of ANZ New Zealand’s symbolic whare. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’llbe building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: Permanent, Full-time Role Location : Auckland Ka aha tō rā e kite ai? - What will your day look like The Tākiri-ā-Nuku Programme Lead is accountable for: Designing, coordinating the Programme, including new and refurbished buildings Enhancing the quality of the existing projects within the Tākiri a Nuku ProgrammeDeveloping and implementing strategy for the Project team, including Project Management deliverables and objectives Ensuring the programme has developed effective governance including a robust risk mitigation plan Understanding how the projects interlink and overlap within the programme Ensuring Steer Co. understands the resources required for the successful delivery of the programmeŌu Pūkenga? - What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experienced in the delivery of large complex programmes of work 10-15 years’ experience in programme and project management, in particular evidence of delivery of complex propertyprojectsVery accomplished in writing Governance packs including Steer Co., Board Reports and Key Stakeholder updates Strong knowledge and proven application of project governance and various methodologies across a variety of Property projects Strong stakeholder management– across external consultants and internal SME’s including Cultural, T&C, Branding, User Experience etc Ability to work across multiple disciplines including vendor management, critical thinking, influencing and problem solving Planning and communication with strong business acumen Ability to lead complex change management roadmaps You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
