Compliance Manager - Product Safety&Regulatory Compliance Manager - Product Safety&Regulatory Farmers Trading Company is seeking a driven and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our product safety and regulatory compliance programme. As our Compliance Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing compliance across our retail product portfolio. From ensuring alignment with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act to managing supplier onboarding and product documentation, you'll be the go-to expert for all things compliance. Your collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers will help protect our brand and provide our customers with trusted, high-quality products.What You'll Be Doing: Lead product compliance and regulatory processes from development to market. Manage supplier compliance, performance metrics, and onboarding. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product claims and safety meet NZ legislation. Support product reviews, incident response, and risk mitigation.Own documentation systems (SharePoint, SAP) and regulatory reporting. Engage with regulatory bodies and lead internal training and compliance education. What You'll Bring: A degree/diploma in law, business, or a related field. Solid experience in compliance, risk, or product governance in retail or regulated industries.Deep knowledge of NZ consumer legislation (Fair Trading Act, CGA). Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook). A solutions-focused mindset and proactive decision-making. Why Join Us?
