Customer Success Manager (Learning Partner) Salary - $90,000 -$110,000 NZD Location: Auckland (Hybrid) Contract Type: Permanent For more than 25 years, Cognition Evolve have been partnering with organisations to create learning experiences that drive real impact. By keeping learners at the heart of what we do, we ensure successful outcomes.We're in an exciting growth period and looking for the right person to join our Cognition Evolve team. Position Objective The role is to secure new business, provide consultancy and account management to our clients. Responsibilities Writing proposal responses Managing key client relationships/accountsLeading client meetings Managing client accounts, including work in progress reports / meetings,and building a strong relationship with the client. Managing and allocating budgets for projects managed, in line with client's constraints Project management of any project (eg. larger budgets, multi-faceted projects, new clients).Work closely with the project manager to write complex project plans competently (eg. for multi-faceted projects, new clients, high budget/value projects). Leading and managing own workflow, resource planning Requirements Relevant work experience at a learning consultant or learning and development manager levelOutstanding communication skills with proven experience working with clients in senior positions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
