They’re busy but good-humoured and easy to work with. Your responsibilities include the typical activities of an Executive Assistant: coordinating people, managing emails and diaries, supportingwith papers, expenses, and travel bookings.Action-oriented, you’ll need to work efficiently and proactively, supporting a team that makes quick decisions and follows through just as fast. You should be able to keep up and step in to support the workload when needed. In addition to ensuring their days run seamlessly, you’ll also support the wider team with expenses and travel arrangements.Tā mātou e kimi nei - What we are looking for We’re seeking a team player who is self-driven, with previous experience as a Personal Assistant. You know what it takes to be effective and well-organized, can anticipate needs, and develop positive, strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders. You’re not a gatekeeper.You’ll be detail-oriented, experienced in planning, and able to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently. Flexibility, a good sense of humour, and grace under pressure are essential. Previous experience in banking or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
