The Opportunity Downer's Energy&Utilities business has an opportunity for a highly experienced Finance Manager to support our NZ Telecommunications business. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Telco ANZ, you will lead and deliver strategic objectives and financial outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland, with occasional travel as required.What You’ll Do Partner with key stakeholders including GM Telco NZ and Head of Finance Telco ANZ to align on strategies. Contribute to the performance of Telco NZ by overseeing accurate reporting, analysis, and leading the budgeting process. Communicate proactively with stakeholders on financial performance, risks, and actions.Manage working capital and cash flow outcomes. Flexible working arrangements and WFH options. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial controls expertise, and relevant experience. Minimum 10 years in financial and management accounting within a large, complex environment.Degree in Accounting or Commerce. CPA, CA, or equivalent membership. Significant ERP experience, preferably with JDE.
