About the roleWe are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Drafter to join the talented team at Resolution Design Limited in our Auckland CBD office. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects.What you'll be doing Producing detailed, accurate and compliant architectural drawings and documentation using industry-standard CAD software Collaborating with architects, designers and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into technical drawings Ensuring all drawings and documents adhere to relevant building codes, regulations and industry best practicesProviding support and guidance to junior drafters, as required Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural design trends, software and industry developments What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality workProficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and industry standards Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with architects, designers and other stakeholdersA tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field is desirable What we offer Ongoing professional development and training opportunities A positive, collaborative work culture and the chance to be part of a dynamic, growing business, in a newly-fitted out office space in NewmarketBrand new workstation set up just for you YOUR BIRTHDAY OFF AS A PAID HOLIDAY About usResolution Design Limited is a leading architectural design firm based in the heart of Auckland's CBD.
