About the Role: Support the development of a machine learning feature store by translating business needs into actionable data features. You’ll connect business teams and technical experts to ensure high-quality, ML-ready data. Key Responsibilities: Map and document data feature workflows, dependencies, and transformations.Collaborate with teams to gather and define business and technical requirements. Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and validation. Conduct data testing to ensure accuracy and readiness for model use. Create clear documentation of data logic and transformation processes. Key Skills and Experience:Experience as a Business Analyst in data or ML environments. Advanced SQL skills and strong data validation experience. Skilled in process mapping and translating business needs into technical terms. Confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with ML concepts and data transformation.High attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing. Agile, adaptable, and quick to deliver in fast-moving projects.
