We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Training and Operations Co-Ordinator to join our busy and supportive Operations team. This role can be based in Auckland for the right candidate.About the Role This key role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Our Training and Operations Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in supporting our customers and trainers. The role involves active problem-solving, managing multiple inquiries and tasks, analyzing data to optimize course and trainer utilization, and ensuring customer needs are met through effective planning and scheduling.Responsibilities include: Providing front-line customer service via phone, understanding customer needs, and facilitating a simple training booking process. Handling compliance complexities by understanding our product range and making it easy for customers to understand. Owning key customer accounts and building on existing relationships.Scheduling courses and optimizing attendance daily. Planning and optimizing regional course schedules. Following up on website inquiries for course scheduling. Following up on cash sale payments prior to training. Ensuring pre-course materials and online logins are sent timely. Managing stock levels with branches and the training team.Scheduling trainers nationally, including managing accommodation and travel costs. Liaising with various parts of the business as required. Handling all administration related to course bookings, registration, and customer care. Registering courses with NZQA and managing certification processes.Supporting the development and use of our bespoke IT systems. Previous experience in operations, administration, and customer service with exceptional attention to detail.Highly organized with strong task management and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members. A proactive, positive mindset and willingness to learn.
