This people-centric role allows you to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. You will handle a variety of enquiries including online orders, credits, and finance issues, requiring problem-solving skills and adaptability. The role involves working across multiple customer touchpoints at our admin/contact centre located in the SSO office on Warehouse Way, Auckland.You must be available to work 40 hours per week between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Sunday.
