Enhancing our self-service pipeline for SMBs - You'll optimize our Hubspot automation and communications to create efficient pathways for smaller clients while maintaining personalized engagement.Tailoring approaches across diverse client segments - You'll navigate the unique needs of SMBs through to large enterprise clients, adapting your strategy to maximize success across all segments. Converting complex prospects into loyal clients - Our enterprise clients have unique safety challenges that require nuanced understanding. You'll translate their pain points into tailored solutions that showcase our value.Establishing market differentiation in a competitive landscape - You'll articulate what makes Get Home Safe unique and overcome objections from prospects considering alternatives. Assisting with partner channel management - From time to time helping to nurture and manage our sales partners around the world.What You'll Do Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals across varying business sizes Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to new prospects Expand revenue within existing accounts through strategic relationship management Implement and refine B2B sales best practices and documentation to optimize our approachNegotiate commercials and navigate due diligence processes for Enterprise clients Leverage Hubspot to streamline communications and automate appropriate parts of the sales process Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to achieve continual platform improvement based on client feedbackCollaborate with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness Report directly to the General Manager with regular check-ins on pipeline health and performance How Your Success Will Be Measured Sales revenue (new and expanded business) Conversion rates across the sales funnelAverage deal size and growth Client satisfaction and retention The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success and leadership in B2B SaaS salesSomeone who's not afraid to get hands-on with demos, lead meetings, handle enterprise procurement and revenue expansion Comfortable working with clients of all sizes, from SMBs to large enterprise accounts Experienced with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, and adept at optimizing sales automationAn analytical thinker who uses data to refine sales strategies and forecast accurately An excellent communicator who can articulate complex value propositions clearly in English Experience in safety, compliance, or related solutions sales is an advantage About Get Home Safe Get Home Safe provides essential safety solutions for organizations committed to protecting their people.
