We are Sponsoring Visa for this role.Summary Network Lead/Manager (L4/L3): The NW Manager is responsible for providing a sustainable, reliable, effective, low-risk NW environment, enabling the business to operate confidently and efficiently. The role involves delivering high-quality, customer-focused service capability and performance aligned with business expectations of service levels, compliance, and risk management. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of NW services such as service leadership, administration, lifecycle and asset management, support, issue resolution, vendor management, change management, capacity planning, security, business continuity, process documentation, strategy, and team development. The incumbent will also develop and execute strategies to engage with customer businesses to adopt and integrate new technological tools into their workflows.Requirement Summary Experience in SD-WAN (Viptela) design and migrations Experience with Cisco Viptela, vEdge, vSmart, vManage, ISR, ASR routers 7+ years in design, implementation, and migration of large-scale networks Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, routers, wireless LAN, WAN optimization (Riverbed), F5, ZScaler, firewalls, etc.Proficiency with WAN and routing technologies such as OMP, TLOC, BGP, OSPF, ISIS Knowledge of Python or Ansible for deployment and design Understanding of firewall policies, data security, intrusion prevention Experience with wireless LAN controllers, site surveys, 802.11ac Knowledge of switching technologies like RSTP, LACP, OTV, FEXExperience with L4-L7 security devices Strong customer handling and communication skills Roles and Responsibilities Support and administer enterprise network infrastructure supporting SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, WAN technologies Manage Cisco Nexus Viptela, wireless controllers, access points, MPLS routersHandle TCP/IP, OTV, DCI, LACP, IPSec, STP, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF Manage F5, Citrix NetScaler, PaloAlto firewalls, CyberArk PAM, SIEM products Implement endpoint security solutions, intrusion detection, HIPS, content filtering, FIM, DLP Utilize Cisco ISE for NAC, RADIUS, TACACS Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, WAN optimization issuesExperience with geo/server load balancing, VPN, QoS Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve goals and resolve issues swiftly Maintain network performance and capacity, advise on service improvements Document network configurations, diagrams, SOPs, reports, and risk assessments Additional ResponsibilitiesIdentify attrition rates, implement initiatives to reduce attrition Engage in value addition activities (CIP&SIP), implement productivity strategies Manage account renewals, ensure high customer satisfaction (ACSAT) Complete project deliverables within SLAs, manage team performance and reviews Generate revenue at the account level Absorb and mentor new team members as per targets Why HCL One of the fastest-growing large tech companies, with offices in 50+ countries and 219,000 employeesRich diversity with 165 nationalities Global collaboration opportunities Virtual-first work environment promoting work-life balance and flexibility Comprehensive employee benefits Certified great place to work and top employer in multiple countries How to apply: To apply, you must have full work rights for NZ or visa sponsorship.
