This role is people-centric, allowing you to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. No two days are alike. Be prepared to utilize your problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle various enquiries, including online orders, issuing credits, or finance-related questions.This position involves working across multiple customer touchpoints with our brands at our admin/contact centre located in the SSO office on Warehouse Way, Auckland. You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 5pm (Monday to Sunday). Qualifications We seek someone passionate about‘Thinking Customer’. If you are reliable and have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment—be it in a call centre, retail, or hospitality—this could be a great fit.To succeed, you will need: Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. A customer-centric attitude and pride in delivering outstanding service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High initiative and attention to detail.Computer literacy. The ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
