This is a full-time, permanent role focused on ensuring our fleet operates efficiently. About The Role You will oversee fleet servicing and maintenance, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective additions and deletions, aligned with the company’s values.Key Responsibilities People: Lead, manage, coach, mentor, and develop the service team. Foster a workplace culture aligned with ABG values. HSE: Maintain a safe, hazard-free workshop compliant with OH&S regulations. Report accidents and hazards promptly. Fleet: Ensure preventative maintenance, manage repairs, control costs, and oversee inventory. Coordinate with suppliers and attend training as needed. What We’re Looking For Trade qualification in Motor Mechanics with at least two years' experience as a Motor Mechanic.Leadership experience managing a team. Computer and diagnostic skills. Ability to multitask across multiple sites. Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Full driver’s license.
