They are a fast-paced operation with a strong and cohesive culture.They now require an intermediate Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join the team. As a QS, you will be involved in the entire process, both pre- and post-contract, including tender management, preparing estimates, controlling project costs, certifying subcontractor work, identifying and costing variations, finalizing subcontractor accounts, and reporting to directors. Site visits will be involved.Ideal candidates will have: 4+ years of QS experience, either in a main contractor or interiors company, with a strong understanding of estimating, tendering, and contract administration Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and pricing skills Confidence in supporting the commercial objectives of projectsA team player Salary range: $110K - $130K, depending on experience.
