Position Overview The Network Lead/Manager (L4/L3) is responsible for ensuring a reliable, effective, and low-risk network environment that supports business operations. This role involves delivering high-quality, customer-focused services aligned with business expectations, managing costs, and balancing best practices with risk. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of network services such as service delivery, administration, lifecycle and asset management, support, vendor management, change management, capacity planning, security, business continuity, documentation, strategy, and team development. The incumbent will also develop strategies to engage with customers and integrate new technological tools into their workflows.Requirements Experience in SD-WAN (Viptela) design and migrations Proficiency with Cisco Viptela, vEdge, vSmart, vManage, ISR, ASR routers 7+ years in large-scale network design, implementation, and migration Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, routers, wireless LAN, Riverbed, F5, ZScaler, firewallsHands-on with WAN and routing technologies such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and scripting with Python or Ansible Knowledge of firewall policies, data security, and compliance measures Experience with wireless controllers, site surveys, 802.11ac, switching technologies Understanding of L4-L7 security devices, endpoint security, Cisco ISE, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to maintain network performance, capacity planning, and documentation Role and Responsibilities Support and administer enterprise network infrastructure including SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, WAN Manage Cisco Nexus, wireless controllers, MPLS routers, and security solutions Implement and troubleshoot network protocols and security policiesCollaborate with team members to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently Develop and execute security policies, risk assessments, and service improvement plans Why HCL Global presence with diverse workforce Opportunity to work internationally and remotely Comprehensive benefits and employee development programsRecognized as a great place to work in multiple countries Application Process Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
