Now it's your turn to help assemble our story in Aotearoa.We’re excited to announce an opening for a Fulfilment Integration Process Developer to join our Fulfilment Unit Operations team at IKEA. If you’re passionate about logistics and supply chain management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! To be considered for thisrole, experience in the following areas is essential:Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, tools, and working methods in omnichannel retailing. Experience in fulfilment services including stock control and customs. Computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and application of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen (highly valued).Strong background in problem-solving and process improvement, focusing on operational efficiency. Proficiency in data analytics to support decision-making and process optimisation. University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related) or relevant experience in retail, home furnishing, supply chain, procurement, or customer service.Alignment with IKEA values, demonstrating commitment to the company’s culture and principles. What you need to know: The role is permanent. Initial work location will be the external warehouse in Māngere; once the store opens, the main location will be the Sylvia Park store, with occasional travel to the warehouse.Expected start date: 28th July 2025. The recruitment process begins with an application form. Successful candidates will be notified via email and invited to a video interview. A pre-employment check, including references, will be required for final candidates. Operates 7 days a week; flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and evenings.IKEA Sylvia Park is a non-smoking workplace. Car parking is not provided; public transport is encouraged.
