The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource management, and timely delivery across multiple projects and teams.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule encompassing project timelines, resource allocations, and milestones. Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, vendors, and SMEs to align scheduling requirements. Monitor resource usage and availability to mitigate conflicts and optimise efficiency.Track project progress and proactively address scheduling risks and delays. Generate clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and resource utilisation. Key Skills and Experience: Delivery experience in schedule management, ideally within financial services, insurance or consulting.Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and scheduling across complex programmes. Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with Confluence, Jira , and PPM tools. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all organisational levels.A continuous improvement mindset and experience in risk management.
