We make skincare, deodorant, haircare,and shaving products that are straight-up, simple, and effective — blending natural botanicals with clinical active ingredients to help dudes take care of themselves without the fluff.Born in a flat garage, now on the shelves of 500+ stores across NZ&AU— but we’re just getting started. Our mission is to make self-care more accessible, and create a society of dudes that looks after themselves and those around them. We’re gearing up for our next big growth phase — and as our designated content weapon you’ll be helping lead the charge.About the Role️ We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can own our social and content strategy end-to-end. You'll become the third face of our brand across Instagram and TikTok, craft killer emails , manage our creator network , collaborate with epic brands , and bring fresh ideas to lifeat speed.This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week), offering a rare blend of creative freedom, leadership autonomy, and real ownership of Two Dudes’ content as we scale up. You'll work directly with the founders, and our small team to help shape the brand's voice and community into the next chapter. What You’ll Do 1. Social Media&Content Creation (Approx. 60% of your time) Lead execution of the social media strategy (the keys to Instagram&TikTok are yours) Plan, script, film, and post engaging content— you’ll be providing briefs to the founders, and also be part of the on-screen talent too Work with our video editor to create scroll-stopping videos Use Canva to create carousels people actually want to engage with Research trends and react quickly with high-quality executionsEngage with our audience via stories, DMs, and comments Amplify the Two Dudes community and build brand affinity Paid media support - act as on-screen talent in short-form paid ads Film and deliver relatable, high-converting creatives alongside the founders️ Key deliverables: Own organic channels end-to-end (Instagram and TikTok)Grow followers, reach, brand awareness, and engagement Be the voice and the third face of the brand, foster a meaningful community Support our paid media buyer to create scroll-stopping ads 2. Email Marketing (Approx. 25%) Build, schedule, and send email campaigns via Klaviyo Use Canva templates to create strong, conversion-focused email designsWrite fun, sharp, brand-aligned copy Manage and optimise flows, automations, and performance tracking️ Key deliverables: Grow our email list, drive repeat sales and customer retention Keep our email database highly engaged with meaningful content 3. Creator Network Management&Partnership support (Approx. 15%) Create and manage our network of influencers and content creators Write clear briefs and coordinate deliveries Support execution of key partnerships and community activations Collaborate on event content creation Support wider marketing initiatives as required️ Key deliverables: Ensure a steady pipeline of fresh high-performing content for organic channels Activate brand partnerships and collaborations that drive growth Support community events (previous examples - Lululemon, Arepa) Why This Role Matters This is a rare opportunity to join Two Dudes at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll have the chance to make your mark, learn the ins and outs of a start-up, and build something special with a team that’s here to make a real impact.What We’re Looking For You’re someone who: Is a jack-of-all-trades creator — you ideate, write, film, post, and engage Thrives in autonomy — you don’t need hand-holding, you take ownership Has strong storytelling skills — emotionally connect through content Loves social media and knows what’s trending before everyone elseExperience in a marketing job or internship role helps, but not required Experience in Klaviyo and Canva are a bonus, but not necessary (you’ll pick them up fast) Can write clear, witty copy that sounds human (we like to have fun around here) Is a team player — you work fast and collaborate well with founders and freelancersWants to make your mark on a brand entering its next growth phase (sh*t is about to get real) What You’ll Get Starting salary: $60,000–$80,000 NZD (depending on experience) Creative freedom — your ideas won’t get stuck in a committee Real leadership and ownership of Two Dudes' social&content strategy– this is a chance to prove you can build something massive Based in New Zealand, exact location is flexible.
