Job Description The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver key development projects and programs for TOMRA Food, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and adherence to the TOMRA Food Project Model. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering assigned projects in line with the TOMRA Food Project Model. As a vital member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior Project Manager requires technical expertise and a commitment to contributing to TOMRA Food's broader business growth beyond specific responsibilities.This position will work closely with our Research&Development (R&D) team to drive critical projects in a new product development (NPD) context. Qualifications About you: Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional, international projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology- or product-oriented international company.Experience managing NPD projects. Experience working in R&D and/or Product Management teams/environments. Experience developing products for manufacturing or with automated machinery and software products for global manufacturing. Strong understanding of project management methodologies with a history of delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.Ability to manage complexity and enhance efficiency in global project environments. Excellent leadership skills with at least 5+ years in managerial roles, focusing on team efficiency, vision, and results. Experience working with global teams across different continents is a plus. Capable of inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams.BSc, MSc, MBA in a relevant field. Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP). Strong communication and presentation skills.
