Senior QS/Commercial Manager - Interiors/Fitouts, Auckland

This is a company that is leading the way and offers a secure role within an enjoyable team working environment.They are now in need of a driven Senior QS or Commercial Manager that can step into leading projects from a commercial perspective and also lead a team of 3-4 QSs. The role encompasses both the estimating and overall cost management of projects. Key components of this role involve: Leading estimating and quantity surveying functionsTeam mentoring and management Leading tender preparation Overall cost management monitoring Identifying commercial risks Reviewing, developing, and implementing operating processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies As an applicant, you have: 10+ years of Estimator/QS experience either from a main contractor with some interior projects as part of your portfolio or an interiors contractor with a strong understanding of tendering and contract administrationStrong leadership and management skills Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and guide intermediate-level staff Highly analytical A sound understanding of the competitive market dynamics operating in Auckland A team player Salary: $170 - $200K+ For further information, please call Matt on 0275544064 to find out more, or email your CV to .#J-18808-Ljbffr
