We supply a wide range of disability and rehabilitation equipment, housing modifications, and services that support people to live a better life.The Role and You In this newly established role, we are looking for a highly motivated, technically qualified team leader to join Field Services to lead our team of field-based equipment technicians. Supporting, coaching, and mentoring an experienced team of technicians in the field that specialise in the repair or maintenance of disability equipment is the key component of this role. An eye to driving continuous performance improvement, identifying process&efficiency improvements, assessing equipment issues, and proactively addressing customer issues or questions is crucial. Building effective relationships with key stakeholders internally&externally and providing technically based guidance is second nature to you. A natural collaborator, you will partner with internal training resources to optimise technical competency, ensure cross-functional interactions across the wider team and business, add value to the operations and efficiencies for Field Services, and ensure Technicians are equipped to represent Accessable to the highest standard in the field.What you will bring Technical Trade qualification: electrical or mechanical discipline (or equivalent) preferred. 5+ years technical experience as a field-based technician 3+ years in a similar leadership role coaching, guiding&mentoring field-based technicians Ability to work collaboratively with a field-based team Strong client-centric approach, solution focused Proficient computer system skills, exposure to CRM field services systems desirable Attentive to detail, effective analytical skills Previous experience in the disability sector an advantageOur team culture provides an excellent working environment and you will experience a real sense of job satisfaction.
