Join us in creating a future where every Deaf learner thrives, connects and belongs.THE ROLE / TE MAHI We’re looking for a confident and caring NZSL Tutor to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver one-on-one NZSL tuition and promote Deaf cultural understanding for students and their whānau. Working closely with our education team, you’ll develop customised learning plans and materials that meet diverse needs and promote confidence in NZSL.This is a permanent part-time role (0.6 FTE) based at our Anton Centre in Flatbush, Auckland. As many of our learners are based remotely, this role includes regular online engagement– so you'll need to be comfortable teaching over video and keeping learners connected and supported from afar. You’re someone who builds strong, positive relationships and communicates clearly with learners, whānau and colleagues.
