Key Responsibilities: Manage project financials, forecasting, resourcing, budgets, etc. Perform resource management, resource utilization, planning, estimation, release management, and risk management.Support pre-sales activities, including preparing transformation plans, identifying resource requirements, planning, estimation, and proposing governance models. Your Profile: Strong Agile project management experience, leading multiple Agile teams and strategic initiatives. Proven experience with Oracle Projects/Programs, including Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation, Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation, upgrades, infrastructure migration, and integrations involving SOA or Oracle Integration Cloud.Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills. Experience delivering large projects with onshore-offshore delivery models.
