Job Description Lumino Orewa is currently on the lookout for a Dental Assistant to join our team! As one of our Dental Assistants, you will work alongside our highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. You will be tasked with supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures and ensuring best practice standards are upheld and the best patient care is provided to every patient. You will also take control of tasks such as sterilisation and infection control, ensuring all instruments and equipment are processed and sterilised following best practice guidelines.This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer care. Qualifications Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology. Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature towards patients' needs and concerns.Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude, contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues. Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures to uphold clinic standards. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
