Job Description We are recruiting for the position of an Onboarding Data Specialist.This will be a permanent, full-time role based out of our Auckland office, 40 hours a week, with a salary of $70,000 NZD per annum. We know that every conversation we have, every code line we write, and every interface we design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.The Onboarding Team ensures a successful onboarding experience for new customers to Xplor’s suite of software, payments, and parent engagement platforms. Reporting to the Onboarding Team Lead, you’ll make each customer’s journey as easy, efficient, and simple as possible and assist our team by providing data migration support.Your responsibilities include: Working closely with Onboarding Specialists on data management and entry, analyzing large data volumes, and identifying areas for process improvement. Implementing and maintaining database documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Collaborating with engineering and L2 teams to troubleshoot data issues, providing SQL query support.Communicating data requirements with customers and supporting their data needs during onboarding. Documenting operational procedures and system logs. Maintaining knowledge of company products and services. Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.Proactively learning new technologies and advocating for customer needs. Identifying data discrepancies and resolving issues promptly. Contributing to process optimization initiatives. Performing other related duties as required. We offer a hybrid and flexible work model, spending 2-3 days in the office and the rest working from home.Qualifications We seek a meticulous and analytical individual with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate data insights effectively. Essential qualifications include: A Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer and Information Science, or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience.Excellent English communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with large data sets. Proficiency in data management, data entry, and Excel. Experience with data analysis techniques and SQL, including cloud environments. Knowledge of database management and data modeling.Project management skills with attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
